Table Talks with Ellen Menell: From Abuse and Trauma to Love and Mysticism

This is a fabulous chat with Spiritual Mystic Coach, Ellen Mennell.  You will hear her story of growing up in a legalistic adoptive home of Evangelical Parents.  You will probably relate to her abuse and trauma at the hands of the church and you might even be able to relate to her admission of innocently "playing the game" to keep her relationship with the church.  You will hear an honest talk filled with laughter, past hurts, but now...joyful celebration of life and connection with God.

My own journey through life's hardship has been the catalyst for the work that I'm currently doing. For years I experienced events of physical, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual trauma. This left me devastated as I battled dark nights of the soul around mental health (depression) sexuality, grief, loss, attachment/abandonment disorders, codependency, shame, fear, rejection, addiction, and eating disorders. 

 Through a spiritual awakening my life began to drastically change. I encountered a penetrating love that fostered inner hope and spread throughout my being. I knew my life was about to change for the better. I began to understand I didn't need to live with deep pain and trauma. Thus started years of intense shadow work to overcome my past. I chose to find freedom from the religious garbage in which I was taught, pursued a personal relationship with God in the manner that worked for me rather than through the dictates of others. 

 Currently, I’m a certified Spiritual coach, healer and mentor, and I find tremendous joy and heart warmth watching individuals transform into who they were created to be. I love helping those of the LGBTQ+ community to thrive rather than survive. The medicine I offer introduces you to the REAL YOU thru healing, clarity, and experiential freedom!
